The service went above and beyond! They were out of the kind I wanted, so I got a phone call from a real person. Suitable substitutes were figured out, and the dude was right. Y'all got a new regular customer.

Great customer service. Quick to let you know if they are sold out of something you ordered and suggest replacement.

Be careful ordering from here. I ordered some vapes but I never got a confirmation email. I called the number and got Tim. He said I needed to send him a text with my email because they did not have it. I found that weird because I put my email in the order. He said he would send me an email for me to verify my age. I have spoken with him 3 times and he keeps saying he will send it. There are other bad reviews I have found where Tim has been the contact. Guess I need to file a dispute with my credit card company.
