Felipe. Thank you for your honesty. I'm not sure what to say about your experience on the phone except to offer you my most sincere apology. I know that occasionally our samples don't reach their destination due to the USPS but we immediately send out a replacement once notified without any fanfare. Obviously I need to to talk to the staff about phone etiquette to avoid having this ever happen again.

Rory, we dont hear this often so we would love to hear more about your experience. What did they try to clean off with it? Did it not clean well enough? Any information you would be willing share would be appreciated.

Mark, We are sorry you had an issue with the dispenser. Did you contact us for a replacement already (I don't have a record of this but that's not a shocker)? If not, please contact me directly ([email protected]) and we can definitely work this out.
