Bought doezens of games from them and only had to return one that was scratched. I was able to return the item and they were prompt with my refund. Will continue to buy from them.

Great and very big 2nd hand CD seller (and other stuff). In amazon, if they have the product, they usually sell it 0.01 cheaper than the chapest of the rest. Merchandise arrives fast, and if there is a problem, they attend fast and professionally. The only flaw, in my opinion, is that, when you ask for specific information on a product, they cannot supply it, as they cannot reach the product to check it.

They advertise new product and ship used, open (possibly bootlegged) product. I returned the product as directed via USPS Priority so I could track and have documentation of delivery and they claim they never received. Clearly a lie. Shop elsewhere.

I have bought a lot of music, books and DVD's from the guys over the last few years. Their prices are good, and the description of the condition of an item is always understated - if they say it's 'very good' it's pretty much pristine. I can't give an opinion on after sales service becasue I've never had an issue that needed resolving.
