It was user friendly.

I learned more about food handling as well as precautionary measures to avoid diseases where many people could even lose their lives.

The training was thorough and easy to understand. Downside is that you are not told what percent of the answers you got correct nor told which questions you got wrong so that you could learn from your mistakes.

Can I receive a certificate to show I've completed this course.

It was very clearly presented. Easy to understand with very nice graphics.

Contents are very organized and at the end of each topic, it also gives a summary and important points to remember.
