They are very disrespectful during the exam. The screen logged out for almost 10 times throughout the exam. I had to call the proctor to relaunch the exam for me yet it took time for the proctor to respond. When they logged me back in, all the questions I flagged became unflagged and the time kept counting down while I was solving the issue. The proctor even yelled at me after a few times this happened claiming that was my problem. However, my partner was using the same internet in the other room and he didn't have any issue with the network. There is certainly some issues with their exam platform. I eventually got logged out at the same questions 3 times without even clicking any button, so that the proctor finally agreed to call the support team. I just finished the exam as quickly as I could in case it logs me out again, which means no one from support showed up. I passed the exam but indeed this is the most unpleasant online exam experience I had; not just the bugs with the system, but also the proctor's attitude!

I learned a lot more than I thought about kitchen food handling & safety.
