Helpful and knowledgable
We had to get visas for China and they were a great help. If I needed visas for anywhere for a trip, I would use them without hesitation.

I was completely satisfied by Abriggs service.
Their website has easy to follow directions to obtain a visa. The process from start to finish to get a Chinese visa took less than 3 weeks.

Easy to work with
They were very patient with all of my questions, including the ones over the weekend and when my plans have changed they have refunded my money without any problems. Some of the Customer Service reps were not fully knowledgeable in details of applying for Chinese Business visa. In fairness, these are difficult questions to answer...
