I used Briggs to obtain a visa needed for a trip to Saudi Arabia. I was worried that the planning of the trip was delayed and there might not be enough time. I talked to a representative who assured me that the process was quick enough. I did not have the needed information until just over two weeks before departure. However, once I got everything together and sent off, it went quickly and without any hitches. It was very reassuring

With A Briggs, I found the process of obtaining a visa to get into India a bit confusing and in fact stressful. Also I have since been told that there are less expensive passport/visa companies. In the future I will try another company.

These guys know what they are doing and are quick about it. Only downside is that the office is hard to find and parking is difficult. They would be well served to better advertise how to make your way to their office. Unless of course you do it all by mail.
