Been trying to call them no matter what number I press nobody picks up and after a while,it would ring once then the call would drop out. No response to emails or to direct contact through their website.

I paid full price for my 2016 Tahoe elite bumper-to-bumper took it to the shop. My AC stopped working. The company ace said that they would pay $400 of an $1800 bill would get a check within 30 days. It’s going on three months can’t get a hold of anybody on the phone. No return emails. I would like to know if there is anybody out there that we can start a class action suit against this company I live in California. I’m 72 years old. I would like to get my money back, but I don’t know how to do that so maybe somebody knows something about how to do a class action Suit do not buy a warranty from this company you’re giving your money away and if anybody can help start a suit.

STAY AWAY - COMPLETE CONSUMER GHOSTING & BREACH OF CONTRACT I paid upfront in full for a premium Platinum Elite 'bumper-to-bumper' vehicle service contract from Ace Auto Protect (Auto Auto Protect LLC) to cover my 2020 Chevy Silverado High Country. When my truck actively required mechanical assistance, I attempted to call the numbers listed on my physical contract (302-466-3798) and their corporate line (800-293-9223). The phones ring endlessly without an agent or voicemail, and multiple emails have been completely ignored. They took thousands of dollars upfront and completely abandoned their customer service lines, making it impossible to secure prior authorization for repairs. I have filed official fraud complaints with the Texas Attorney General, Delaware Department of Justice, FTC, and the BBB. Do not trust this company with your hard-earned money. They will disappear the moment your vehicle actually needs help.

I've been paying my warranty for a year & when I want to file a claim there's no response. Is this a scam? I've emailed, messaged & held on the phone for hours? What the hell is going on? I need my car repaired & I've paid faithfully every month. I filed a BBB complaint. I'm so disappointed with Ace. Looks like a fake business because how is it there's no response. I got a response when I clicked on get a quote! This is really pissing me off🤬🤬🤬

Do Not Use This so called Company.They will just take your money.Had to give 1 star to write review would of been zero if I could have.They will not honor their own contract.Bought contract for 5yrs on my truck.sold truck and sent all paperwork,and Notarized letter requested for a pro rated refund.No communication back from them even knowing they did receive the paperwork per certified signed reciept.Called countless times,as nobody answered ,or just got one voicemail and left message,but no return messages whatso ever.It is now going on 3 months and they have broken thier own signed cancellation contract to issue my refund within the 60 days.This company is a Fraud and Scam.Do not do buisness with them.They illegally sold the contract to me here in california.They do not have a license to sell here as I have made a complaint now into the CDI and they are now trying to contact this company and will investigate further for possible violation's selling here.This company is a Shell company of Auto Auto Protect out of Georgia.They have an F rating there and their alternate name and phone number is the same as Ace Auto Protect. Contacted BBB of Georgia and they tried contacting them with no answer either, so they have closed the complaint for being unanswered by that company.If Auto Auto Protect states they are not affiliated with Ace Auto they are lying, just go to BBB in Georgia and see it listed as the alternate name and they have the same phone number.I know I probably will not get my refund back,but hopefully other people will not make the mistake I have going with this so called company.Good luck getting any good service with them.

Bought 2 cars unfortunately from Ace Autos. Both cars showed up engine warning lights after the 30 days. The warranty that they sell is dire. I had to fork out over 2k for of the cars along. Not a good experience and Ace autos washed there hands of us.

I purchased a contract on my car. After moving I needed to upgrade to a 4 wheel drive and traded the car in. I completed the forms for cancelation to recieve a refund on the amount of unused months on my contract. I have not recieved or heard anything from them for 4 months and when I call I have waited for over an hour for someone to answer before giving up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Stay away from this company. My car shop and I have tried to reach them on the phone and by email for 3 days now. Nothing. They are impossible to reach. You can't get to them to file a claim. They are just a waste of money.
