Purchased 2 CLOUDLINE S8 fans to use in a corsi rosenthal box and the fans have been great for this air filter setup. After a year, one of the fans started squeaking, sounding like it was off alignment with the speed slowing at times like it was rubbing against the side. Took a video and shared with customer service asking if there were any maintenance solutions and they helped work out a solution. Overall, great product and great customer support. 5/5

This company isn't good at anything except influencer marketing. They're trying to be the Apple of grow equipment but they don't actually have the engineering standards of Apple. Essentially every product they make is just rebranded Chinese gear at a premium price. The customer service is completely useless and it's obvious they employ boted reviews to try and mitigate actual negative reviews.

Absolutely amazing service. My AC Infinity product wasn’t performing correctly, so I let AC Infinity know and they replaced it free of charge. 10/10, would buy from them again.
