Easy to submit a warranty claim for my osscilating fan. Took less than a day to get my replacement fan ordered as a warranty covered replacement.

My entire tent is AC Infinity....the tent, intake, exhaust & oscillating fans, humidifier, 8-port Pro 69 controller, CO2, all of it!!! It all works together to help me dial-in the VPD...creating the perfect environment for my "ladies". I had a problem with my humidifier recently and they responded very quickly...they shipped a new replacement unit to me right away and we dealt with the return afterwards. THAT'S how you do customer service!!!!!

I’m from Italy and few days ago, after an unsuccessfull endless search across many european websites, i finally found my Cloudray S6 gen 2 oscillating clip fan in a uk grow shop. I think it’s the best oscillating clip fan ever made and i’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. I would like to buy more Ac Infinity products but, there is a big downside, the price from uk after Brexit…high shipping costs, import duties, courier brokerage fees, VAT difference...a nightmare! I hope that Ac Infinity, one day, will take into consideration to start a European company because there are thousands of growers out there waiting for them.
