I purchased a humidifier and controller to start focusing on vpd in my grow room. The humidifier only worked for 2 hours then malfunctioned. Unfortunately with the integration of the controller it can't work without the humidifier plugged in. So now it's been over 2 weeks and my grow is suffering. I'm busy digging boxes out of the trash because AC infinity wants me to send them back the humidifier. I have to wait an unknown period of time to see if the second humidifier is going to fail. At this point I'll be surprised if it last a week after seeing the quality of the first one they sent. Tech support knew right away that the humidifier is faulty they didn't even try to troubleshoot it. End of story seems like they are knowingly selling defective products and then sending more junk out if it fails. Disgusted with AC infinity. Out a controller and a humidifier now because they don't care about quality. Theranos and AC infinity are the same in ethics...get people to believe in a great idea, deliver faulty products, claim you had no idea ...crap

Fast shipping and great products. They have something to help out anyone in the cultivation department. Good prices and easy to navigate website. Will definitely be using AC Infinity in the future.

At the top of the game right now, compared to other companies. A C makes quality, innovative, functional equipment for a price that’s fair and gives the option for more medical patients to have access to quality cultivation products without the markup because of what they’re for. Customer service is excellent. They stand behind their product. If you have a problem no questions asked they’re going to take care of you. I am grateful to have all the equipment I do for AC and look forward to seeing what comes next.

What should I say? Prices seems good, product looks cool but for my part.. shipping seems a bit way too high. to Austria its just 450 for delivery. Of a Fan with Filter. Like.. ye what else should I say? I'd recommend to buy somewhere else when your not from the US, but maybe its the same there I don't know... just rude.

Worst tents ever. Light leaks, the Velcro for the window is shot after less than a year and did I mention light leaks. Like that’s your one job lol. DONT BUY A TENT FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE REVEG PLANTS AND HERM BALLS. LIGHT LEAK CENTRAL.

I've have an ac 6" fan running now 24/7 for 3 years not missing a beat. Now I was a bit heavy handed and snapped the temp socket push it in too hard they replaced my fan controller within a week. I just moved premises and it might of been my fault I may have dropped the new controller. I broke it. They just sent me the brand new 67 with wifi.. no charge no arguing it's out of warranty peeps. Good as gold they are.. We can rely on Ac infinity. I wasnt expecting the new model.. now I can connect all my ac equipment and replace an introduce new equipment in the future without the cost of a updated controller thank you Ac... Ac Infinity #1 i wont go anywhere else. Oh and there tents are solid thick 1 inch poles and the material is thick quality strong zips no pinhole light leaks top notch. Buy once future proof yourself buy Ac infinity spend future money on a Caribbean holiday that's my thinking.. love you Ac keep up the solid work show them all how a thriving buisness should be run...

I’ve been growing for 8 years and I’ve purchased a variety of less expensive and lower quality equipment. AC Infinity has been top notch with everything I have purchased from them. From their Grow tent (as nice as my Gorilla tents), the T6 exhaust fan (the best available), exhaust filters, awesome oscillating pole fans and trellis nets….All of it is excellent quality. I’m definitely a fan! They may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely the best value in the market in my opinion.
