Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We do want to address to some of your concerns, as we feel it will help you to better understand your shopping experience. 1) Regarding your account: We recently launched a new site and because of the new platform a new account needed to be created. If the new account was created with the same email address you used for previous orders, it would have merged with your previous account. In reviewing the accounts, there are two separate emails being used. Because they didn’t match, the merge didn’t occur. We’d be happy to merge these two accounts so you can see your past purchases. We sent you an email to confirm the two emails that we have on file are the correct ones to merge. 2) The Increased shipping charge: We are now packing liquids and resins in their own box to protect other materials from becoming damaged if a leak occurs. This is the reason for the increase in cost. We apologize if this was not made clear to you upon checkout. We sent you a coupon for 10% off your next order. We value your business and hope to see you again soon. Wishing you a happy and healthy holiday season!
