I called in with my oxygen machine malfunctioning they were here first thing the next morning replacing it no problem at all

The young man that delivered my oxygen and tubing. The only issue was the office (not surprisingly did not tell him I needed a new bag for my C tank). Oh well, can't hope for everything.

Their customer service for issues with the machine is horrible! They do not return calls. When we have been able to speak to someone they ask the same questions again and say ok I will put in a report and someone will get back to you and they never do. If they call and you are not home next to the machine they say they will call back and don't. I have already sent them an email as requested showing the issue. I have not been able to use my machine for 2 weeks. Shame on them!

Received my order within 2 weeks

I was able to pick up my device the same day they called me, used that evening and returned it the next day. Abby made it very easy.

Great delivery person

I couldn’t be more grateful for this company’s support and ability to listen to my situation and they promptly responded and had my oxygen machines delivered within a few hours after contacting them. The gentleman that delivered it was professional and very helpful and set me up perfectly. Grateful I am. God bless this company. 🙏

The service techs are great, the office staff not so much.
