Alexis was very thorough on explaining everything to me. Alexis is smart, experienced , caring, and intuitive. I couldn’t ask for a better introduction to the CPAP world.

They delivered the a hospital bed with no brakes and a mattress that doesn’t fit. I got calls and text notifications from multiple delivery companies. Customer service was useless. They couldn’t even find her order even though while on the phone with them I got a message that the bed was about to be delivered. They created a new order. A call back got me to a person who had no idea what they were doing and couldn’t even understand the situation. Wasn’t listening to my calm explanation.
