Jess was very thorough and and explained everything perfectly. Older people can be a little intimidated with technology but she made it easy and I felt comfortable with my oxygen set-up before she left. Kudos to Jess!! Give her a raise.

Adapt health, their customer service and technicians that come to my home have always been very pleasant. Customer service takes my order for oxygen supplies and tanks without any problems and they arrive here quickly. I have been using adapt for years and have never had a problem 🤗.
