The Winston-Salem office staff were extremely helpful, caring, and efficient! Chazney took the time to listen to me, ask questions, and made me feel at ease. I could not have asked for a better experience with my appointment, and will definitely be back in the future as the need arises.

We called Thursday to report our O2 generator was failing. They were ready to come Friday but we were not available. We requested Monday and they agreed. They came early afternoon and replaced our unit. We are looking forward to a restful night of sleep with the new unit. It was a quick and painless exchange.
