My Doctor told me that he might be able to get me a walker with a seat, when he noticed how rusted my walker was. As I have orthostatic hypotenion, I need to sit when my BP drops. Yesterday, I was surprised to get a wonderful walker with a seat!!!!!!!!!

Dan knew how to fix my portable oxygen generator and went right to the problem. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Very good two for the company.

Daniel delivered my wheelchair and shower chair. He took the time to show me all the features of the wheelchair and how to use it. He also assisted me with taking the equipment all the way to my bedroom and bathroom area. On top of all that, he was kind and courteous. If I was rating just the delivery, it would be five stars. Adapt/Verio’s phone system is terrible. After selecting all the options to reach the customer care department that I need for my medical group, the phone line rings once and then goes dead. I was only able to reach a representative one time out of five calls. What a waste of time! Once I am able to reach someone, they are helpful. It is such a hassle to reach someone.

I can not believe the service! I was calling to see if the doctor called in the info needed and I was told my cane and walker were on the truck to be delivered that afternoon. Awesome. Zane called to tell me he was outside and would be at the door in a few minutes. He was polite and patient because I am very slow.It's nice to know there is a place seniors can get great service. I will be sending members your way Thank you
