Met us in Colorado Springs at 8pm to get temp tanks and concentrator. When they didn't work, he returned by 10pm to replace a malfunctioning tank. The man deserves more sleep!! Maybe a raise.

He brought the nippleizer inside, set it up for me, went over the instructions with me. To make sure I understood even started the first application going for me. He was a wonderful young man. I'm 90 years old, and he was such a help and a blessing.

Gary was very helpful and understood how important this return was for my brother's mental and physical health.
