Great instructions

I was very pleased with my technician Crystal during my cpap machine fit appointment. Crystal was very pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, and she answered all my questions.

Lots of unexpected billing issues well after services rendered. Difficult to get ahold of employees; they are unorganized and lack communication skills. I will NEVER do any business with this company again. Get it together!

They told me that I didn't have to be home for it. So I had to wait for 1 more day. The first thing they said that the script was missing that they didn't get, well I called and went to the office and they sent it. I went 12:30 pm on Monday, you call on Wednesday saying that the script was missing. Why wouldn't you call the office where I went. I would have gone somewhere else if I had my script. If anybody in my family gets hurt I will be going somewhere else. I will not shop local.

She was professional but friendly. She gave me a demonstration of how the products worked. Very pleasant young lady.
