Wasn't happy to have to buy a new unit, but was my fault that equipment broke,

They first told me that Someone else had the same appointment time as I did. I had to wait a little bit before David called me into the office. He thoroughly explained how the new machine work. I am disabled. When I left none Of them working in the office offered to open the door for me which I thought was rude.

Jame's knew the equipment very well,he showed me how to do it,then let me do it. I'm a visual and try it out kinda person so I appreciated the time he took to let me work the machine and put on the head gear and nose piece myself.
