Salaheddin Alkhawaja, First I want to thank you for your order and honest review. I also want to apologize for the mix up and hassle this order has caused you. I have looked into your order and I do show that you placed this order online for two fuel pumps at $79 each. We did send you the pumps you requested online. However it looks that it was not until after you received the pumps that you called with the VIN#. After running that information we where able to see that your car does take the special fuel pumps for ethanol fuel. We do not stock or have that pump listed on our website. The ethanol pumps are available for special order if needed for $299 each I do not see any notes regarding a phone call prior to the order being placed. In these situations when a customer orders a wrong item we do request that the items be returned prior to a refund being issued. Once the pumps are returned we will issue a full refund back to the same credit card it was charged to. Again we are very for sorry for the mix up no the regular fuel and ethanol fuel pumps that your car requires. If you have any further issues or need any additional parts please call me directly at 800 521 7656 and I will get you taken care of personally! We look forward to serving you and all your future Mercedes Parts needs. Sincerely, Joe The Adsit Company 800 521 7656 www.adsitco.com
