This was a horrible purchase for me. I placed the order in early December with a 3-7 day shipping promise. It still hasn't arrived and shows that is is somewhere in transit. The company has not returned any emails or responded to any other attempts to contact them. Like others here, I have requested a refund but I will be shocked if it actually goes through

Ordered and never received Callec and sent emails no response I WILL BE CALLING MY BANK TUESDAY JANUARY IF NO RESPONSE..ACTUALLY AFTER READING REVIEWS I NO LONGER WANT IT AND PAID OVER $100 Very disapoiinted..Was this a Scam???

It worked pretty well for 2-3 months, then died. After charging it for several hours, it only runs for 2 seconds before shutting off. Can't get ahold of customer service now. I guess they took my money, and ran.

Airify is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIP OFF …..BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT…. ordered one a month and a half ago still haven’t received it…get no response to emails…..

Very average vacuum. The best thing about this product is the marketing. It works but no better than my house vacuum.

First red flag should have been no ph# on website. Second no tracking. Order placed on Dec 15th with supposed shipping within 3-5 days. I finally got tracking on Dec 28th saying it was in China at some facility. Tracking showed my little vacuum on a slow boat and then eventually making it to Chicago on the 3rd of January. I received it today from someone named Tacy K in Dayton Ohio. My requests to cancel order were ignored and my request today for an RMA will likely be ignored. Stuck with this piece of crap vacuum for the low low price of $112.00 with only myself to blame. :-(

I would give it zero starts if I could because although they charged my credit card, I never received mine. I tried to contact Airify numerous times with no response. it is a total SCAM!!!

One star is very much.. this product is very bad..I blow harder than this machine
