If I could give zero star I would! I purchased two vacuums with a 3 year warranty! Received products after a month and was extremely disappointed! I followed instructions and charged as recommended! Well, one didn’t even start and the other couldn’t suck up a tissue. I have tried to contact them multiple times even though the BBB and they refused to respond! I believe this is an extremely poor company that does not back up their product or promises! Poor customer service, do not purchase!

I purchased their product Airify Pro - Portable Air Blower/Car Vaccum plus two additional filters in late December. I received a confirmation on 12/26/24. On 1/6/25 I inquired about the status of the order and quickly received an email apologizing for the delay. I was provided with a tracking link from the movement in Asia. By 1/16/25 I still had not received the product and sent another email to their support group with a strong message to provide more definitive information or to refund my payment of $116. I've sent additional email follow ups on 1/24, 2/4 and 2/8 but they've gone dark. I also reviewed the tracking information that outlined the movement; lots of "in transit" updates etc. Supposedly it first landed in Chicago from Asia and found it's way to USPS in my state and now shows as delivered. The zip code is the same throughout. The delivery comment is the same as the original post office. My address is nowhere in all of the tracking info either in Chicago or my home state. Total scam. If they exist, they're horrible. They continue to advertise on various media platforms. DONT BUY ANYTHING.

This is a scam as everyone else has said I also ordered three of these for my sons and myself on December 24th The tracking company that they use finally reflected it was delivered on January 28 by the US Postal Service. When I called the post office to give them the tracking number, it was no good! I have tried three times to contact them through their support email and no response!! I just wasted almost $200!!

Recently received my Airify & needless to say VERY DISAPPOINTED! Don't waste your money as I did!! The advertising in very misleading. Cheaply made, little power. There is no customer service telephone number to call (which should have made a light bulb go off to me) The do not answer emails.

I never received the two airify pros plus extra filters I ordered in mid December 2024 even though the shipping information from China said it was delivered to my doorstep January 24. 2025. Since I have cameras at each of my doors, I have proof that they were never delivered. All attempts to contact Airify have failed. This is an obvious scan, and it drives me crazy to keep seeing advertisements every time I’m on my phone. Please be aware. A very expensive lesson.

If i could leave a rating less than one I would! Took over 5 weeks to receive. Attachment was missing. Sent several emails no response. Then asked for refund no response . Don’t fall for their ad. Doesn’t work like they demonstrate. I just threw $120 out the window

It took one month to receive after a few emails, so I was happy I did not get scammed. During the wait I read the reviews, a bit late, but at least I knew what to expect. Bottom line-IT HAS LESS THAN A QUARTER OF THE VACUUM OR BLOWER POWER THEY SHOW ON ADS.

Wow ... just, wow. Never have I been IGNORED by a company when trying to get help with an order. The issues? We bought TWO of these pieces of junk, accidentally, and now we're stuck with them, because the company has not responded to two emails requesting help. Plus, we want to return both of them because their ads online are TOTAL fabrication! I guess I would give them an A for effort in regards to the AI they must have used in the videos, because neither of ours works remotely close to what you see online. Some government agency needs to investigate this company for fraud and shut them down!
