Alarm Grid was very easy to order and receive the alarm system that I wanted. I was able to get all accessories that I needed. I used the live chat to get help with one of the sensors that I was installing. Everyone was very helpful. Bryce and Jarrett were very patient with me while trying to get an image sensor and thermostat hooked up. I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend them for any DIY alarm servicing. I did sign up for the self monitoring and so far it has worked perfectly. Jarrett advised me on what type of outdoor siren to order that would work with my system. So it is on its way and hopefully no issues installing but if there are I know that I can get help from Alarm Grid. Thanks for such a great service and offering better pricing for the monitoring options.

Can't say enough good things about this company. After shopping big brand names, local companies, and even those DIY wireless systems, I'm so glad I found Alarm Grid online. Have a system already in the home, but wanted to make some changes, add some sensors, etc. and found Alarm Grid because of their amazing tutorial videos and documentation. Jarrett helped me out with any questions I had before the activation and Bryce was very helpful with my activation. And the price along with no contracts to sign, it's a no brainer to go with Alarm Grid. So happy I did.

Had a problem with totalconnect syncing for some reason. Was unable to figure it out myself and contacted support. Dylan answered (at 7:00PM, it should be noted) and was able to correct the problem within one phone call. Thank you!

We purchased a home that had an ADT sytem that was not active. Jarrett was able to identify what was needed to put the entire system back on line, and Bryce was tremendous with programming and testing the system. I will highly recommend Alarm Grid to anyone that is considering installing their own system. Very professional.
