My employer uses Alight to provide an alleged "seamless" integration with benefit providers and employees. All they actually do is spam us, and give out PII out to the benefit providers that have terrible reputations for harassing employees. Bright Horizons is an example of such a benefit provider. They pass our PII even if we did not sign up for the specific benefit. They offer no means to opt out. I have asked Alight to purge my data several times. They refuse and so does Bright Horizons.

Been trying to get a hra reimbursement for 2 months now. A security hold was put on because I changed my direct deposit. It is somewhere in limbo waiting to be released. You cannot speak with anyone who is involved with the release. Customer service has no answers. They are just punching bags. Horribly run company. I think anyone in my situation should receive compensation for Alight making interest on holding our reimbursements. Maybe it’s time for a class action lawsuit.

Seems like a cheap solution for a company that does not care about its employees, I have never in my 25 years been so disgusted with a company that deals with my 401k and retirement!!! Alight is a complete JOKE!! I pray I'm never employed with any company that deals with Alight..Again this company is a COMPLETE JOKE!!

Trying to assist 84 yr old widow obtain her pension survivor benefits. The incompetence is unreal from the start. Death was 4/24 customer service recorded it as 2/24. In May they abscounded from her account 3 pension payments. Can't just talk to a person they have to make phone appointments. 5 appts and 3 months later, no advances just frustration. Promises not kept, 2 disconnected calls, no call back, Excuses, no accountability, no sense of urgency, don't think of the customer, loss of income... I could go on and on.

This is the worse company I had to deal in my lifetime for my benefit though my company I work for for my medical leave!They don't answer the phone they put you on waiting call " we will be whit you in order that your phone call have bin received" 5 days in the role I bin on phone call for someone to pick up for 5 -4 hrs a day and I have to hang up my health is not good I cant stress anymore I had to report them to my employer no one is picking up they are not processing my doctor office paperwork they received is 3 weeks in order for me to get paid they I have never seen in my 60 years of lifetime a company that is UPSOLUTLY a joke horrible they should not exist if any companies out there think of hiring them please don't rone away they are not dependable in any way . I can't believe that this is a so called professional company for anything is sad is shame honestly they should go out of business .

If I could give zero stars, I would! Terrible customer service, most representatives can barely speak English and they lie constantly about follow up events and things they have supposedly done. Trying to rectify a very simple Cobra request and have gotten the run around for 3 weeks! Finally getting my former company’s HR department involved. Hopefully they can help. I have no idea why any company would contract with Alight. Pathetic!

There needs to be a NO STARS category for these losers!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! I am in a state of confusion as to why my company deals with these people! They handle our pension!! They are very very unprofessional! I plan to have a chat with my HR people because there is no way they can know how horrible this company is.

Very poor customer service. The web site has been very flaky and showing error messages trying to get retirement selection made. The inability to email or directly call anyone to resolve an issue is horrendous.
