Convenient process and good customer service

Ele was very helpful and able to help me order my new retainers quickly!

I would give a zero if possible! They gave me the runaround for over 2 weeks while I tried to get a refund! Customer service is terrible! You cannot reach them by phone! When I finally received my refund, they kept 35$ for no reason! Run from this company!!

The impression call was easy and good.

I wanted to aknowledge a good experience I had working with Alignerco customer service. I had an issue working on final retainer. Ele from customer service helped me understand what I needed to provide to give Aligner co all they needed to optimize the fabrication of final retainers. A photo was needed to make sure retainers were made correctly and Ele quickly turned that info in to expedite the mfg process. New retainer is on they way closing out this issue in a time efficient manner. Just another good experience with Alignerco.

I was able to make accurate impressions with help of the video session. I tried previously without the video session and the results were not as good. Customer service was great and quickly responded to my questions.
