ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever done business with. Things were going ok until we reached the consent form. They REQUIRE you to allow them to use your pictures for marketing purposes, and then call it “voluntary.” It isn’t voluntary if you can’t submit the consent form without checking that box! They continually tried to talk me into signing it, stating that they had “made a note in my file” that I did not want my images used, but I could “go ahead and sign it.” No, I won’t. They eventually did remove that clause, so I signed the consent form. Two days later they said they still didn’t receive it. I stated I had been through this process so many times now that I was not going to do it again. Oh, wow, look at that…you found the one I sent.
The other problem is they keep referring you to the app. You cannot use the app because the original consent form, allowing them to use your images, is blocking the site. Again, you cannot proceed if you don’t sign the agreement to use your pictures.
Then they sent the projections of what my smile will look like. It looked the same!! I am not paying $1,000 for treatment that changes nothing! Then they tried to say what I was requesting was “beyond the scope of what they can do.” WHAT?! My top teeth are not crooked. I have a slight overbite that aligners could fix. It amounted to a lot of bs and no follow through. You get the run around from every person and “department” you talk to. So I informed them I was not going to go through another 10-11 months of such unprofessional and unethical business practices. Instead of just acknowledging their mistakes, of which there were PLENTY, they are refusing to refund the money I have already spent, and refusing to refund the remainder of the treatment I DID NOT RECEIVE to Affirm. I am now on my second dispute with this horrendous company and may have to contact an attorney. From the other reviews, that I desperately which I had read first, it actually sounds like a class action lawsuit is more appropriate. They are defrauding MANY people with their false promises and lies.

Excellent Customer Service!
Ele helped me find new night guards that i really needed. (my current ones have been heavily used and abused by my grinding). Ele was extremely patient, professional and helpful. they helped me locate the exact product that i needed and i was able to order the items in less than 10 minutes total. it was extremely easy. Thank you to Ele for the wonderful customer service. i truly appreciate it. i will definitely return to order again!!!

Read the negative reviews because…
Read all the negative reviews because they are all very accurate! Horrible customer service that has no idea what going on inside the company. It would be just as productive to talk to a rock than it would be to contact customer service.
Oh and I’ve reached out to them several times and no reply. Except on here when they saw the bad review
