It is good that the company sent me an email alert about my upcoming service renewal. However, I need to cancel. My renewal is tomorrow. I find I wasn't registered on the website. Couldn't register in order to cancel. Yesterday's call resulted in the rep I spoke with asking to access my computer with one of their tools to do it. I wasn't comfortable with that. I sent an email cancelling yesterday. Received no confirmation. Called again today. The rep I go tried hard to convince me not to cancel, but I insisted--strict budget realities. The agent said ok you won't be charged. But he wouldn't repeat my name to me, to be sure he was cancelling the correct account. If someone at Allroundfix is reading this, PLEASE cancel my subscription. And pass a message to the company to do a better job letting people cancel.
