The tools I received were great, however i didn't receive all of them. A key part was missing and on the invoice it said it was on back order and i wish i would have been notified. So who cares if it was speedy if the system didn't really work. But other then that part it was a great experience and i will be using them for future purchases.

Refunded order I did not receive my order because of the delayed shipping but when I asked for a refund there was a quick and timely response from their customer service department. I appreciate them helping me.

Don’t believe the website when it says they have an item in stock. Ordered something just to wait two weeks to call them and ask why it hasn’t shipped just to find out they don’t have what I ordered.
