They withheld my deposit based on a scratch underneath the bottom of the trailer!! It was hardly noticeable, and we certainly didn’t inspect underneath prior to departure. I thought it was hypercritical. And it was during late fall, we encountered snow, and the heater didn’t work!! Later proved to be a bad battery!! Never again.

We had a very good experience, very professional company, everything was ready when and as promised and no hidden charges. I would highly recommend renting from American Dream Vacations.

You guys suck so hard it's almost funny

Terrible experience. Rented us a RV in the wintertime that didn't have a working heater and leaked water. Took no ownership of the problems. We would have had a better experience using a cardboard refrigerator box to sleep in. Find another company to rent a RV from. They aren't selling a dream, but a nightmare.
