Le lecteur blu-ray (payant) est une catastrophe : il n'y a pas les menus et par conséquent il n'y a pas les bonus (impossible d'y accéder via les chapitres ou autre). Idem pour les séries : tous les chapitres de tous les épisodes sont dans la même liste, donc bon courage pour trouver le bon ! Si ce n'était que ça... mais cela fait 2 semaines que je réclame un remboursement (obligatoire sous 14 jours) et ils l'ont refusé (ce qui est illégal). Fuyez cette entreprise !

Achtung vor dem Anbieter! Das Produkt funktioniert nicht wie angegeben und der Kundensupport reagiert nicht bzw. beantwortet nicht das Anliegen. Die 30 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie wird nicht eingehalten und ist daher nur eine Verkaufsfalle. Auf eine Kündigungsbestätigung wartet man auch vergeblich. Ich kann nur empfehlen, einen anderen Anbieter zu nutzen, um sich viel Ärger mit dieser Abofalle zu ersparen.

I forgot to turn off auto renewal of a product I had bought some time ago. I contacted customer service and they reminded me that a notification was sent to me that auto renewal was about to happen a week from now so a refund would be difficult. After explaining that the notification landed for some reason in my spam folder and asking for at least a partial refund because of my difficult economic situation as a student customer service quickly responded and gave me a full refund. 5 stars because customer service responded quickly and I felt I was treated kindly.
