This is a terrible company. I was looking for a Blu-Ray burner for Mac and came across their website, which clearly claims that their product is the best for such a task. I downloaded and paid for the product, only to discover that Blu-Ray is not an option for Mac. I tried to burn a Blu-Ray anyway, since they advertised it as the number one product for Mac. It didn't work, so I requested a refund. They claimed that they never advertised that the product could burn Blu-Ray for Mac, and yet it's the banner headline on the website! My request for a refund was denied. What a bunch of crooks.

This is another of those companies which have a tricky cancellation policy. Automatic renewal of course, but without any consideration of extenuating circumstances. Canceled, but somehow "no one" can find the cancellation. Do NOT subscribe.

Melden sich innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist einfach nicht und berufen sich DANACH darauf, dass die Frist abgelaufen sei... Saftladen!

kein Kontakt möglich ! Nach Umzug auf neuen PC wird der Key nicht mehr anerkannt. Hilfe= Null.

Programm geht nicht. Firma nicht Kundenorientiert. Geld zurück keine Chance. Ziel ist nur das erwirtschaftete Geld nicht die Kundenzufriedenheit. Finger weg.

Leider funktioniert das gekaufte Programm nicht. Auch nach "Hilfe" durch den Kundenservice konnten mit dem Programm keine abspielbaren BluRay erstellt werden. Nur Ton und schwarzes Bild. Keinerlei Einsicht beim Verkäufer, keine Kulanz. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Habe ausversehen das falsche Programm ausgewählt und gekauft, leider keine Kulanz möglich. Die Firma ist nicht zu empfehlen

this is then most screwed up company i have ever dealt with run away never use them i asked for a refund and they give you stuff so they can fix it a week or so later i find that the product i thought was registered is not they are a joke they offered free product for a good review who would want it a bribe
