While the Free Version is acceptable and appears to work well. The paid for Enterprise version is not any better. Recently, connectivity has degraded to the point of being unusable. Connections are slow, they drop or freeze, disconnect then reconnect, or connect with no display. Support is only via email with no increased support via any subscription level, purchasing a higher level of support is not avaialble. We have spent hours collecting logs, documenting issues with connections to provide to support with no response and no solution.

I have paid subscription. Ran into a small issue and contacted support for resolution. They apparently have one question & answer per day policy so the issue that I have has taken over a week and is still ongoing. Their support is almost none existent so if you're lucky enough to not ruin into any issues than their price might be enticing but be prepared to endure snail pace support feedback if you urn into issue. My issue was not being able to join workstations to my account no matter what I try. Giving 2 stars for them at least answering 1 a day. Guess you get what you pay for.

I really cant recommend the software if you are used to teamviewer or parsec. The transmition quality is very poor and if I want to seperate the screens it is constantly crashing. Basically useless if you want to work with more than one screen.

The product worked for a while. Security always felt iffy since there's no MFA for remote sessions. The real issue came when it came renewal time. They increase renewal prices to insane levels, so keep an eye on that. You'll only get discounts if you disable auto-renewals. And renewals is why I'm never dealing with this company again. They showed on my status page that I can renew my Enterprise subscription for $179 for 3 years. The problem is that when you go to do that, the price changes to $358 at the very least. Auto-renewal would have been $588. They would not honor their $179 price that I showed them multiple times, so be aware that this company endorses false advertising and will not correct it.

I have been using the enterprise version for Anyviewer for a while now. A few glitches that bother me a lot: 1) It keeps signing me out even when I specifically click on the checkbox to remember my login credentials. 2) It is quite slow sometimes even with good internet connection. 3) The video output is glitchy sometimes - get blank grey areas while I am controlling another PC. 4) There is no copy function from the connected desktop to the original desktop. So I can't use the connection as an additional PC. 5) The connection just stops with a frozen screen sometimes.
