Thank goodness this is a LIMITED ITEM because it should NEVER be put back on the menu again. Nastiest thing I've ever tasted. Arby's should be sued for false advertising, especially after watching the commerical that comes on every 30 minutes. FIRST, the bun isn't anything like what's being shown on tv. Its flat and tough. SECOND. The fish itself wasn't hot at all. Like it had been sitting under a heating lamp. AT LEAST MCDONALDS FISH FILLETS ARE HOT WHEN YOU ORDER THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY AREN'T ALL THAT GOOD EITHER THIRD, How hard is it to read and take a correct order? Light tartar sauce and light shredded lettuce!!!!! There was so much sauce and lettuce that the fish kept sliding off the bun even after only 2 bites.... I LITERALLY TOOK 2 BITES OF THE FISH SANDWICH AND THRU IT AWAY. NOT EVEN FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION..... AND THAT'S BEING NICE FOURTH, Curly frys were cold and soggy, which they went in the trash with the sandwich. I would have returned back to the restaurant, but it wasn't worth the hassle or turning around to go deal with management. Only thing that was right about my order was the LARGE DR. PEPPER WITH NO ICE...... Now I see why I haven't eaten at Arby's in over 10 years and it will be another 10 before I return again.

Had the Brisket Bacon Beef and Cheddar sandwich and a mint chocolate shake. The sandwich was made with something like velveta and was so salty I could not eat it. The shake was ok but not special;.

Decent food, but be for warned!!! If your ol'lady eats the Reuben sandwich and then burps towards your face..... WATCH OUT HOLY MOLY!!!! and roll the windows down ASAP!!!

I went for lunch today and wanted something quick and they had no line in the drive-thur so I wanted to try them they offered a new sandwich Bacon Brisket n' Cheddar sandwich got the combo cost $10.81 wow must be good. I get back to the office I have cold curly fries, old cold chicken sandwich very disappointed. Cashier at the window is Brittany and the general manager Brittany McDonald so I call them to speak with someone to let them know of my experience they put me on a long hold time which I just hung up. Will not visit that location I do like Arby's and I don't visit frequent but today just push me away. So, today's lunch is what it is...

The only thing I truly ever really like are the sandwiches. The fries are good but we all know those are just frozen seasoned fries. The new white cheddar macaroni? Not my favorite but tolerable. If somebody loves buttery thing or buttermilk in their pasta, than the new limited menu item "White Cheddar Mac & Cheese," would be a good choice if you're an Arbies fan. Want a dessert? The apple turnover is perfect 50% of the time. The other 50% is usually just no apples and mostly crust and icing. (I'm a fruit fan I can not help myself. The problem is probably just around in my area.)

Quality has gone downhill. Curly fries are all broken and the roast beef tastes like rubber! For the price, I will go to my local sandwich shops and get better quality meat and sides. You guys used to be good.

Ruben was A+++++ I stopped at the arby's store in Anderson township Ohio Today. I ordered a corn beef Reuben sandwich with extra sauerkraut and extra 1000 island dressing. YUMMY!!!!!! GREAT, FAST SERVICE AND ALL THE LADIES HAS SMILES ON THEIRS FACES! GREAT JOB!
