good but over priced

The door was everything I expected it to be and it looks absolutely beautiful hanging between the Master Bedroom and Master Bath. Great quality, made exactly to the custom size requested. It is perfect and all my friends/visitors Love It!!!

door and hardware are of top quality. only issue I had was that track was not cut to specified length as ordered. I had to cut and paint ends.

I still don’t have my purchase I ordered 37 days ago.

I placed my first order for my home and was very impressed with the quality of the barn door track/ hardware. I have since placed more orders for barn door tracks and hardware through my building company for custom homes. One of my orders was short on a couple of parts so I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised with how friendly she was. Within a few days I had the parts. I will definitely order again for other homes we are building.

It's rare these days to be able to tout 5-Star Experiences, when it comes to products and service. But I am happy to report Artisan Hardware deserves 5 STARS in both categories! I am staring at the 2 unbelievably beautiful barn-doors (Mid-Century Panel barn doors), on the by-pass rail, that now stand proudly at the opening of my home office -- as I type this! The whole (relatively short) experience from Ordering to Delivery to Installation was about as painless as it gets. Having a calm, confident, friendly representative like "Ashley" certainly helped. But the other individuals I spoke with at Artisan, echoed the same professional persona. Within a few weeks my two doors were delivered; my contractor installed them with no complications (and I required the more complex "by-pass" rail, because we hung 2 doors in my space); and now I am enjoying them every time I look at them. They've become a beautiful feature in my home and visitors have wowed at them immediately! We are soon ordering another barn-door for an upstairs room... and I will have absolutely NO hesitation calling upon Artisan again in the next several days!!

Hardware is solid and of "hefty" build. bolts are all solid, 3/8". Overall a very good design. The rails had some black coating issues, where one rail at one end on one side was not completely coated. Easy fix, that side faced the wall, but it could have bit me if I wasnt paying attention. On not paying attention, I had to back out some bolts because I measured wrong, but in doing so it tears up the black coating leaving clear wear/tear marks. Suggest looking into a more durable coating that allows for novice installation mistakes. Also suggest offering customers drill bits to drill their own holes. Might have a drill, but a bit strong enough to bore through steel is another quesiton...

The kit we acquired matched our expeditions and we built the door to leverage the hardware. Looks great
