Ordered, paid for 5-10 day delivery and received confirmation. Over 2 weeks later, I've heard nothing from them and no parcel. I emailed them, got an auto response saying 24-48 hour responses. Nothing. Emailed a further 2 times, all got ignored. Finally found them on instagram and DMed them and they replied to tell me both the things I ordered were out of stock so they'll send me a refund. TERRIBLE service. If I hadn't chased them up they'd happily have kept my money and said nothing to me. Don't use!!!!!!!

I love Scalp 18 but the customer service and shipping is GARBAGE. My order has been in processing for 2 weeks and I've been trying to cancel but no one will get back to me via email or phone. Their phone line says something like "we respect your time, leave a message and let us call you" but they never call you back and clearly don't respect you. I've also emailed twice with no response despite promises to hear back within 24-48 hours and now its day 5 :)

I ordered oils and Bluetooth diffuser on the 18th December 2020, as a Xmas present for my partner. I resigned myself to the fact that ot would not be received on time for Xmas but a short time after. 4 weeks in I chased the order up. I was advised that there was a problem with the UK Warehouse and the they were unable to update the website. The resolution was a full refund. I find this unacceptable as they did not seek to notify customer's of this issue and the products remain 'in stock' on the website rather than removing the item as interim measure. Seems they are happy to take your money, but not provide the very basics of customer service. I shall never use this company again. Shoddy.

FAKE REVIEWS! They post fake 5 star reviews on their products on Ulta and Target’s website (and probably others). Their products are full of chemicals and poor quality. I reached out to Ulta and I hope they take this concern seriously.

The order was shipped without the diffuser, even tough I paid for the whole set, so the recipient only received the oils. I had already informed the Customer Service that it was a gift. They did not inform me of anything or put any notice in the package. When I asked for more info, they simply told me that the item was not available, never explaining why I was not informed of anything! They have my emails and phone number! They told me that they would send a replacement right away, so I asked for the tracking number. Moreover, it would have arrived after Christmas, when I had arranged everything for it to be delivered on time for Christmas. After a few days with no info about this, I reached out to them again asking for the tracking details and they told me that the replacement was never sent and that they would send me a refund for the order. It looks like a joke and this put me in a very very bad light with the recipient, as I told them, after receiving only part of the gift, that they would receive the gift!! This is a very poor service, do not waste your time ad your money on this!!! Moreover, there are some external tests done on the oils and they are not pure and are potentially dangerous!

Zero customer service. Ordered a product online, never received any tracking (which you have to do through a proprietary app). Emailed multiple times, receiving a "we'll get back to you soon" auto-response, but never any actual follow-up. AVOID.

Art Naturals provides quality products with wonderful scents to pick. The coconut lime shampoo & conditioner smell is my favorite. The avacodo leave-in does an amazing job at making your hair shiny and keeps the frizz under control all day. The essential oils can make your house or office warm and cozy with just a drop or two. I would highly recommend that everyone give all their products a try.

I've ordered since a month ago(just a bottle of essential oil) and later i sent messages 2 times. They didn't give any replies to me or couldn’t get contacts from them not at all. Useless website and I felt got fraud.
