they refused to pay lincoln for covered repairs. they stopped answering their calls and mine also. you cant sue because they have no physical address in any state. I lost $2700.00 and Visa will not refund because it was over 60 days for my claim

If I could give them a 0 i would. I Purchased the full package and paid upfront about $2500.00 in 2022. They promised tire and rims as a bonus with their full coverage. First problem I encountered was when my tires busted due to pot holes, they only provided $100.00 as reimbursement even though it cost 250.00 for one tire and this was a one time thing. Then a year later I needed some warranty repairs from Audi Dealership and they were only covering one part but no nuts and bolts. When I called to ask Maria about it she said its in your contract read section blah blah blah. I was so upset with them at that time but had no choice but to suck it up. I then sold my car and in the contract is stated 5 yrs or 130k or less in order to get a refund and I was way under my coverage and therefore entitled to a refund, but since have been given the run around. The last representative told me I was to receive a check in October of 2024 and its now February. I have left messages for Paula Relic and William Porter. Everyone at ASE gives me the run around now. I will be making a formal complaint to the Attorney Generals office if I do not get a response in 7 business days. This company is a scam. Read everything carefully and get explanations in writing and don't let the sales representative sell you a dream without seeing the contract. If you got burned you should make a complaint to Attorney General of Delaware. They need to fix their business quick!!!

This is the worst company that you can even deal with they ripped me off $1,200 they automatically canceled me when I called to inquire about getting my car fixed and she said she'll send me something to sign and it was actually a cancellation I've been chasing after my money almost a year and they ignore me they never returned my calls they had me notarized my speedometer and send them a picture and David Maria Paula Michael White they all are liars don't do business with this company they ignore my attorney letters and when I first purchased from Michael White I questioned him on different things and he said no problem they failed to help me fix my car and after that I said if they're not going to help me I need to see about what about counseling they owe me $1,200 in their refusing to pay me don't do business with this company also when I did first purchase it and talk to David White on the phone he was trying to put a pass on me and said how sexy my voice sounded and was trying to sexually harass me and then he had David call me and then when I called them on it and told them they weren't professional to do business that way David inquired to me that I didn't have to worry about it since he was gay and he didn't like women anyway I should have had the red flag at that time but I didn't I spent my $1,200 for them and they totally just took it they blocked my phone numbers and they still haven't returned it I'm going to go to the FTC and any insurance warranty agencies that I can find I'm going to write the Attorney General's office I file complaint with Better Business Bureau but they don't even care about anything I'm personally going to find out where they live and I'm going to sue them only in small claims court and then to try to collect my money don't do business with these people stay away from

Wont refund me over $1,400 they owe me. Won't take my calls or ever let me talk to anyone.

This company is a joke. Don't waste your time or money. Three claims and no payments. Customer service doesn't exist.

Same as you guys I purchased the warranty in 2022. They approved the repairs the car needed but they never paid the repair shop. I had to pay them back myself. I have been waiting for reimbursement check since September 2022 and it’s 3 years now and nothing. DA of Delaware can’t do anything as they told me the company is not located there To file a claim they have a clause to go to arbitration so it’s a lot of money for us If anyone starts a class action lawsuit or whatever let me know. It’s nonsense how they get away with this fraud when are so many of us complaining for the same thing and they still continue to be in business of ripping off others
