ASE ProtectionReviews of aseprotection.com

This company is a rip off don’t waste your money. I have filled a complaint with the bbb and the attorney general. They don’t cover anything. Had my car in the shop and they couldn’t even get in touch with them because no one answered the phone. ****DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS COMPANY ****

The worst experience ever with this company. After selling my vehicle wanted to cancel my warranty, they asked me to send a notarized letter that I want to cancel it. I sent the mail after 4 months they are telling me that they never received the letter and I sent them the tracking number that my letter was delivered. Now they are saying our building is big it might have been lost. That is not my issue if it was lost you received it and now it is your responsibility. If your building is big then get a freaking PO Box. After 4 months I will just have to go different route and get my money.

I have been calling for my refund for 3 months after they received all my documents and still no check and can't even get anyone to call me back after 15 messages left.

WORST warranty company ever! My first time dealing with an extended warranty outside of the dealership and I would NEVER recommend them! They don’t respond to emails, they don’t pay the mechanic, they don’t reimburse for towing and if you overpay forget about getting that money back! It’s GONE! Then they lock you out of your account without notice when you complain about their POOR customer service!

I made a mistake when first researching this company and only saw the fake reviews. They are probably the worst "company" I've ever dealt with. They were very nice when setting up the plan, now I can't reach anyone who can actually do anything with the claim. I'm thinking they are some type of "broker" that probably uses a different company for claims which is why they don't know anything and can't actually help. The phone number rings forever, voicemails disconnect instantly, and nobody responds to e-mails. The online website for filing claims has zero information for the customer and there's no way to know what is happening without calling someone, which is also almost impossible. The only information I've received so far after 3 weeks is that they'll pay 38 dollars for a 700 dollar part, and short the shop on labor as well. This company should be class action sued for their obvious attempts to circumvent their contracts.

Scammers. Paid $3k for the warranty and after a year, sold my car. Called them and they gave me the steps to cancel my warranty and get a refund. Signed all the paperwork, had it notarized, and mailed with tracking. Called them for 2 months after and they finally picked up and said they got the paperwork and mailed the check. It’s been 3 months since they “mailed the check” and no one is replying to my emails or calls anymore. Stay away.

I have the same complaints as everyone else. ASE Protection and what they claim is complete scam!!! I filed a claim on July 5, 2024, and was told the check was in the mail. To date my mechanic hasn't received a dime. I had to come out of pocket myself for the repairs in order to show good faith to my trusted mechanic. I now sit on the phone daily trying to get in contact with ASE. I wait on hold for hours on end and the call drops. At this point I too agree with the other reviews regarding they block your number. Next step is small claims court. DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THESE CROOKS.

WARNING -- This company is a complete fraud. The will not pay for ANY repairs. And, you can not get out of your contract. I have been waiting over 8 months for a refund on the contract that I cancelled. They keep saying stories like the "checks only get mailed once a month" or " your check got lost in the mail". RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! They will show you fake web sites with false reviews of their business.
