Account was not approved, even tough all data was provided.
Response from Atlantic.Net, Inc.· May 5, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We attempted to reach out directly to better understand your concern and determine whether there was any additional information we could review, but we have not received a response. Account approvals are reviewed carefully, and while we understand it can be frustrating when an account is not approved, providing requested information does not guarantee approval. These reviews are part of our normal process to protect the security and integrity of our platform and customers. If you would still like us to review the matter further, please respond to our outreach or contact our Support team directly so we can assist as best as possible.

I've been running a small VM hosting personal projects on Atlantic.Net's cloud since 2017. In December 2025, my memory requirements had outgrown my VM. I clicked the 'resize' button to move to the next largest size, but the automated process got stuck. For the very first time I had to contact support. They had my VM back up and running inside a couple of hours and completely resolved the issue by the end of the day -- on December 31st!
Response from Atlantic.Net, Inc.· Jan 7, 2026
Thank you for the great review and for being a long-time Atlantic.Net customer. While the resize process is designed to be seamless, we’re glad you reached out when it got stuck, and even happier we could get your VM restored quickly and fully resolved by the end of the day (on December 31st!). We appreciate your trust and we’re here whenever you need support.
