Your website wasn’t updated properly to…
Your website wasn’t updated properly to state that Canadian credits were out of stock. It wasn’t changed until I brought this up. But then asking me for a review on a purchase I had to get refunded because it wasn’t available is kind of in poor taste.

First of all, after you placed your order, our customer service team contacted you immediately to inform you that the item was out of stock in Canada. We processed a refund right away, which you have already received. Please note that once an order is generated, our system automatically sends out review invitations. We welcome all genuine feedback, whether positive or negative. If this invitation bothers you, you can simply ignore it

Great experience
