Do not used this business! They advertise a premium product and send a cheap Chinese Bluetooth speaker instead. You can buy the same product from Temu for £15! This product was £105! If you want to get ripped off, fill your boots, otherwise, stay clear!!

My release has been stuck in “In Review” status for around 20 days and I have not received any response to my previous emails. Very disappointed with Audioneix service. I contacted them through email multiple times and also tried reaching support from the dashboard, but their response is extremely slow or sometimes there is no response at all. I already released my video, but my audio releases are still delayed. I submitted 2 songs from my label and none of them received proper support or updates. The whole process feels unprofessional and frustrating. They seriously need to improve their customer support and release speed.

Haha, I think there might have been a small misunderstanding about our company name 😊 We’re not a gadget seller - we’re actually a music publishing company. Please feel free to check us out at www.audioneix.com for more details about what we do!
