I was initially skeptical about making such an important and expensive purchase online, but I’m very happy with my experience with Aurélinne. I worked with Andy throughout the process, and he was very helpful, especially with customizing the claw prongs exactly how I wanted them. There were a few delays, but communication was good and the finished ring came out beautiful. For extra peace of mind, I also took the ring to a local jeweler after receiving it to have the diamond checked, and everything checked out. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the ring and really appreciate Andy’s help and patience throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Aurélinne.

Couldn’t be more happy. I was a little skeptical given the decent pricing. I bought a diamond set in a solitaire cathedral setting. It took about five weeks to arrive, but it was worth the wait. It’s absolutely beautiful! I also wanted to upgrade the gold after I ordered and they responded quickly and made the upgrade very easy. Almost forgot the mention that my ring came in the most beautiful packaging! Which was an unexpected surprise.

I had a good overall experience purchasing a pink lab-grown diamond from Aurélinne. The price was very competitive, and I felt I got excellent value for the size and quality of the diamond. The diamond was a bit lighter in person than I expected, with more of a soft blush pink color, but it’s beautiful and I’m happy with it. Communication was good, and they were responsive to my questions, although unfortunately only through email. Having a phone option would have been helpful. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase and the value.

My jeweler approved the diamond, and that completely put my concerns to rest. The stone is beautiful, the quality matches what I purchased, and I’m extremely happy with the value I received. So for anyone else looking at Aurélinne and feeling skeptical because of their prices, I understand—I felt exactly the same way. After actually purchasing from them, receiving my diamond, and having it independently looked over by my own jeweler, I can confidently say that my experience was legitimate and positive.
