Website was easy to maneuver and prices very competitive

I have not rented from this company before. So I'm trying a new one. Hopefully they are not going to try and get every penny they can like other companies. The booking was straight forward and quick. So far good.

Price Increase

My car rental went very smoothly from pick up to drop off. I had booked a mid size Corolla but it was unavailable so I was upgraded to an SUV. The vehicle was new and clean. The representative was very professional and helpful. I was satisfied with my car rental rate. Drop off was smooth and quick. I would definitely use this car rental agency in the future. i boooked pick up at BWI, turns out i was booked for glen burnie....i do not know the difference.
