I have used Avery products for 5 years and overall i have been happy with the product. However, today I went on to develop my labels for my candle business, and they changed the fonts and my business logo font is no longer available!!! This is NOT an upgrade to your product! This is a BUSINESS LOGO! Best advice they could give..."find a font comparable" then they recommended a font that looked NOTHING like my business logo! POOR, POOR, POOR! And they changed the way labels lay out! I need to look for another company!

We are really sorry that this has impacted you and your business. We have added hundreds of fonts over the last year into our design and print tool, but we did have to remove some of the fonts as well. Apologies that the recommended replacement font did not meet your criteria for your business.

Aver's design center is obsolete. Furthermore if you are working a large project be VERY cautious because occasionally the site loses connection and all of your data is lost.

With our Design & Print Online tool, we generally see something like that happen if you have the project open in the browser while we update our design tool. If you do not save the project to your online account during those maintenance periods this can cause an issue. I placed my order over a week ago. When I called to check on the progress, I was told there had been technical issues and that my order would be delayed. Unfortunately, I received no email or notification informing me about this. Very disappointing service and a waste of time. Customers should be kept informed when there are delays, rather than having to call and chase for an update.

I operate a small business and have used Avery print at home labels option for AT LEAST 3 years now and the printing has been PERFECT. HOWEVER, over the past few months, the print at home option has been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and frustrating. 1st-The website is EXTREMELY glitchy now regardless as to which browser I use. It's not saving NOR printing the actual updates that I save in my account. 2nd-The alignment of the image has been WAY off in comparison to the designated template that I've chosen REGARDLESS of printer settings or account settings which is EXTREMELY costly and causing me to find more expensive options to complete my lable printing projects. I don't know what's changed over the last 3-4 months with Avery but it's definitely causing the website to become NON-user friendly. Hopefully this review will prompt their tech team to run a diagnostic of some kind to see what the bug maybe and fix it. Until then, I'll have to investigate using a more cost effective, user friendly alternative 🙄🤷🏾♀️. In regards to your response, as I've previously stated, I've used Avery labels with this SAME printer for approximately THREE years now so if the following were an issue with my printer, "When it comes to printing at home we do have a number of settings that we recommend checking. We suggest checking that the Scale is set to 100% or Actual Size is selected on the printer dialog. Also, selecting a thicker paper type such as Label or Heavyweight and a Best Quality setting can help the printer with feeding the label sheet." I would have this printing issue way before now. I will call the number that has been provided within the response to speak with someone in hopes to resolve this matter. Thank you.

These wraparound labels #22845 SUCK. You are lucky if you get 1 sheet to print correctly (not shredding as it goes through the printer). If you need a lot of them printed you better have a ton of money to purchase enough to count for the ones you lose to the printer and a whole lot of spare time. Don't wait till the last minute for sure. Do better Avery. I do not recommend unless you are a fan of frustration.

Hi Suzanne, we are really sorry to hear about this frustrating experience you are having with printing. There are a few tips we have that may assist with this that I'd like to share. We suggest changing the paper type setting in your printer to Labels or Heavyweight. In addition, selecting a Best Quality or High Quality print setting can assist as well. This thicker paper type can assist the printer with feeding the label sheet. Also, making sure to select Actual Size or set the Scale to 100% in the printer dialog. I called Avery on the toll-free number to discuss a problem with a recent order. I requested a call back, since customer service was so busy and the hold time was approximately 20 minutes. 30 or so minutes later I got a call back and pressed 1 to talk to a customer service representative. I waited and eventually the automated system went silent and I was soon hung up on.
