Great service!

Melissa was extremely professional, courteous, and detailed. She was a breath of fresh air as it relates to customer service and a friendly, upbeat demeanor. She seemed very positive and professional on the phone, moved quickly to complete our order, and worked to confirm all details of the order, amount, shipment, etc. It was such a delightful sales experience that we felt compelled to complete a review to give praise where it is due and to not simply let it go unrecognized.

Gil has the patience of Job when dealing with long distance, underprepared IT. He has excellent diagnostic skill and a pleasant personality.

Gil was great! He was able to get us all set up and ready to go in a very timely manner despite all the unexpected issues that came up during the install. Answered all of our questions and concerns we had about the Azer printer. We appreciated him extending his stay here in Everett to ensure that everything was working properly and made all the micro adjustments that was needed to fit our laboratory needs. We look forward to working with Gil and Biolyst in the near future! Thank you!!

we have a very quick response and address issue in a good matter of time; the technician was very knowledgeable and troubleshoot what the problem was.
