Jeff was excellent to work with during the installation process. He helped us through our internal IT issues and we were able to find a path forward by the end of the week.

My experience with Azer was great. Tim Bumgardner, our sales rep, and Jeff Meyer were very hands-on throughout the process. Installation went smoothly, and the training was top-notch. Highly recommend their team!”

Odd to have to confirm email to place an order was told it was due to fake orders etc.. but if this was an urgent request what then, seems to be doing yourself out of business rather than encouraging!

Hello Andrew, Thank you for reaching out and giving this feedback. We will review with our management team for any changes in the future. However the person you spoke with was correct, we do require an account to be created and approved prior to the order being processed. We manufacture and distribute a large number of medical devices, regulated chemicals, etc. and need to ensure by law that we are shipping to a verified account. We try to turn the approvals around as quickly as possible, and you can always place urgent orders over the phone with a credit card. We appreciate your understanding and hope you give us a chance to earn your business!

Spoke with Melissa. As a professional Purchaser, I deal with a lot of companies. Most are going to ridiculous automated recordings that have dozens of options and half a dozen levels to each option. I was able to reach Melissa promptly with a quick and easy purchase. And guess what? She made it QUICK & EASY. THAT is what used to be called Customer Service...where the Customer was first and automation was secondary.
