I chose Balani because of its excellent reviews online. I ended up being very satisfied with the salespeople but highly disappointed in the quality of the clothing. Nothing fit properly the first, second, or even third time around. It took many months of sending things back for further alterations before I had clothing that looked at all tailored to my body. In the end, I consider this whole experience to have been far more expensive than it was worth.

I had Balani make a suit for my wedding and they did not disappoint. The quality of the suit was amazing and they seemed to pay attention to every detail to truly make the suit perfect. The best part of the experience was Steve. I was a little intimidated going to such a high end clothier for a suit but Steve made it so simple and actually a very enjoyable experience. He really helped guide me to figure out exactly what I was looking for. I was so happy with how it turned out I decided to buy a sports coat (which turned out amazing as well).

I'm an attorney who appears in court on a daily basis. Thus, the way I present myself is crucial. I needed some new suits and decided to go the custom route rather than off the rack. From the moment I entered, I knew I had found the right place. I met with Cordt, and his knowledge and expertise was impressive to say the least. He didn't just sell me a product; he actually took the time to explain how and why certain colors and patterns would work for me, and why some wouldn't. His honesty and knowledgeable input was really helpful in the decisions I made. Up to this point, I have purchased eight suits and fourteen shirts and could not be happier. From now on, Balani is the only place I'll go when I need suits and shirts. If you want great, quality custom clothing, go to Balani. Once you do, you will not want to go anywhere else. And when you do go, ask to meet with Cordt. He's simply the best.
