I bought my first two custom suits at Balani through Carissa Abele in Columbus, OH. She did an amazing job - from service, to assisting with selection, to her follow-up and attention to detail. I could not recommend working with her any more highly... If you are in Ohio and want some fantastic suits, Carissa is the one to call!

Christian Boehm does an outstanding job with personalized tailoring of every aspect of selecting and fitting suits, jackets, and slacks. He thinks of every detail and special touchs I wouldn't think of. It makes for a fun and rewarding experience. The entire staff very friendly and helpful

Cordt is the best. I've been to Balani on multiple visits for two suits, one sport jacket and several shirts. He gives you honest feedback and makes perfect rercommendations on styles best customized for you. The quality and customer service are simply superb. Walking into a business meeting or attending a special occasion in fine bespoke clothing enhances your confidence, yet provides a relaxed feeling. I look forward to future visits!

The sales person I work with - Cordt Withum - is responsive to my e-mails, flexible with his appointment schedule, has suggestions for me for fabrics and colors when I am shopping for new pants and jackets, and consistently follows up after I received a new item of clothing. The quality of the product has been consistently good (i have been a customer for 3-4 years and typically purchase several jackets and pairs of pants each year).
