POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A SHIRT & PAID EXTRA FOR FAST SHIPPING, 3 WEEKS NOW & STILL NOTHING. ALSO, I BOUGHT THE MATCHING HAT, PAID EXTRA FOR FAST SHIPPING, FINALLY GOT HAT BUT IT IS SO DEFECTIVE AND MADE OF A HARD CARDBOARD TYPE MATERIAL MAKING IT UNWEARABLE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO MAKE THIS ORDER RIGHT & ONLY SAYING SORRY & WANTING TO GIVE ME $2.00 COMPENSATION. I REFUSE TO BE FRAUDED BY THEM & I DESERVE TO GET REFUNDED FROM THEM!!!

The worst customer service. Products are not true to size. Products are nylon not bamboo. Cheap and nasty quality. Typical Chinese mass produced crap. I got sucked in by the pretty colours, too bad quality is crap 💩 Definitely not worth the price. 💩

I ordered several items of which I still am waiting for at least 7 items and also received 3 of the items I didn’t order at all.So, a lot of emails forwards and backwards later they insist I have received all the orders 😢. This means I have lost quite a lot of money and feel ripped off by the company. I advise everyone to stay away from this company!!.It’s a mess and there is no other way of communicating with them than by email.

Bad Company, ordered goods 5 months ago, they keep, emailing me goods on the way, goods where delivered, check post office, then sorry goods on way Tracker no is... now they just sent me this "We are really sorry and we can feel that you are upset now. But our company and post office sent and delivered the package according to your order information. Now the package is lost, we can't receive the package either. To resend you a new one is the best solution I can provide. You only need to make up some money for our loss of the product and the shipping fee and we will immediately resend the item for you. Thank you for your understanding. Really?

I was excited and ordered 3 shirts. I should have read the reviews first. They ran a payment for over $10 more than what was on my order form. There is no order number to use to dispute and cancel. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal. Hopefully they will back me and refund.

Muito péssima, em todos aspectos não cumprem nada e os regulamentos dos consumidores. Já li vários testemunhos, é igual o que aconteceu comigo. Atenção, não recomendo.

HORRIBLE COMPANY.BUNCH OF LYERS

Like many posts I’ve read, and it’s only because I started digging after the event, name the purchase of two items. They were nothing like what I saw as a picture or advertised. When I wanted to send back, which is our right as a consumer they kept offering me a compensation, which was very offensive to the figure I actually paid. I was told by a friend it’s like theft by deception, They offered me 3usd, when I paid 71usd Disgusting and shameful business
