First, Marcus helped me choose the right printer, ribbon and label combo for my company. We had a large volume label printing project to meet for one of our customers and his advice not only saved us money but, helped us make the right choice for thermal transfer printing using synthetic labels. Second, their service is second to none! I actually spoke to the owner (Bob) of the company and informed me on how much I could save on purchasing ribbons and labels in bulk with my annual usage and I saved a ton of money!
